ZACH HAYES

Zach Hayes is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.  After commissioning from Truman State University ROTC, he served in the Army for 11 years on active duty with a variety of units, most recently with the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.  He served as the Battalion’s support company commander with three combat deployments and then as the program director for personal development, Phalanx.

While directing the Phalanx program, Zach was privileged to assist many Rangers with a focus on human performance, transition, and education.  Through this work, Zach worked with multiple non-profits dedicated to helping transitioning veterans and quickly grew a passion for helping others heal.

Understanding we all experience trauma, stressors, and extreme hardships, Zach joined S-3 Operations to create an environment that welcomes hurt, pain, and trauma while providing the tools and resources to heal and seek the best version of oneself through vulnerability, community, and an intense focus on one’s true priorities.

Zach is married to his wife, Erica of 8 years and have two boys, Marcos (6) and Lucas (3).  They currently reside in Richmond Hill, GA.
